As YOUTH ACT continues fighting the fires and haze for the past three months, your action is urgently needed now!
While opening our haze shelter in Palangkaraya for public and setting up 3 houses with filters, we have distributed thousands supplies for children and villagers. Now we are running out to the masks. There are only 800 N95 mask in our shelter and 1000 surgical mask. Our firefighters team (men and women) also go to extinguish the fires 4 times a week, and we need support for the equipment.
Here are what we need :
5 pairs of firefighting boots (cost 550k/pair) 🥾
5 pairs of firefighting gloves (cost 50k/pair)🧤

Overall we need 3 million IDR now by this weekend to purchase the equipment.
And we also urgently need N95 masks!! With air pollution reach 1000+ /m3 one mask can only be used for 3 or 4 days. Please do send masks (not just money) as we don't have the supplies available in Palangkaraya.
